Matlacha lives on the water, and so does the venue. Two docks and two beaches face Matlacha Pass, which makes the property a natural base for a fishing tournament’s captains’ meeting, weigh-in party or awards evening.

When the boats go by in a parade, your guests watch from the docks and the beaches with nobody else in front of them.

Every spaceThe main waterfront building, two beach areas and two dock areas, with no other party on the property.
Venue onlyThe food, drink, music and decorations are yours to arrange.
