Office parties, family Christmas and New Year gatherings all fit: the property is yours from noon to ten, which leaves time to decorate in the afternoon.

The Venue

  • 10 hours12 PM to 10 PM: setup, the event and cleanup all fit inside.
  • Every spaceThe main waterfront building, two beach areas and two dock areas, with no other party on the property.
  • Venue onlyThe food, drink, music and decorations are yours to arrange.
