A quinceañera is a long day with many parts: photographs, the entrance, the meal, the dances and the family speeches. With the property to yourselves from noon to ten, every part has room and nothing has to be rushed.

The docks over Matlacha Pass are made for photographs of the dress, and the string lights come into their own once the sun goes down.

The Venue

  • 10 hours12 PM to 10 PM: setup, the event and cleanup all fit inside.
  • Every spaceThe main waterfront building, two beach areas and two dock areas, with no other party on the property.
  • Venue onlyThe food, drink, music and decorations are yours to arrange.
