Say the vows on the dock or on the sand, then move inside for dinner and dancing. With the property booked whole from noon to ten, the ceremony, the photographs and the reception all happen in one place.

The venue is rented on its own, so you choose your own caterer, music and flowers. It suits a small wedding, a rehearsal dinner the night before, or an elopement with only the people who matter.

  • Every spaceThe main waterfront building, two beach areas and two dock areas, with no other party on the property.
  • Venue onlyThe food, drink, music and decorations are yours to arrange.
